SHIPPING FROM DETROIT ♡
Every MISO PSYCHO order is packed and shipped from Detroit, Michigan with lots of love.
We keep our product runs limited and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is processed, it will be sent via USPS.
SHIPPING TIME
Please allow 5–10 business days for your order to arrive after it has shipped.
Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or postal holidays.
TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your USPS tracking number so you can follow your package from our door to yours.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed and shipped within a few business days. During launches, limited drops, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.
We'll always do our best to get your goodies on their way as quickly as possible. ♡
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once your order has been handed over to USPS, delivery is in the carrier's hands. If your tracking shows a delay, please allow USPS additional time to deliver your package.
If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, please first check around your delivery area and contact your local USPS office.
WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to change the delivery address.
