NOT THE RIGHT FIT? NO WORRIES.

We want you to love your MISO PSYCHO pieces. If something isn't quite right, you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unworn and unused
• Be in their original condition
• Have all original tags attached
• Be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, stains, pet hair, or other signs of wear
• Be returned in the original packaging when possible

For hygiene reasons, underwear, panties, and other intimate items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Email us within 30 days of delivery with:

Your order number
The item(s) you'd like to return
The reason for your return

We'll provide you with the return instructions.

Please do not send a return back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. MISO PSYCHO is not responsible for packages lost in return transit.

REFUNDS

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we'll send you an email confirming that we've received it.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow your bank or payment provider additional time to process the refund and return the funds to your account.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the item so we can make it right.
